As professionals in the nursery industry, we endeavour to carefully select and package each order so that plants arrive at their destination in good order. They will be packed and despatched on the Monday after receiving the order to prevent them from being in transport over a week-end. This will ensure there is enough moisture to last the journey.
Immediately upon receipt of plants help them to recover from the shock and trauma of being boxed and transported by following these simply steps:-
*Carefully unpack plants from the box.
*Place plants in an airy, well-lit position away from harsh, direct sun-light.
*Fully water each plant and continue to water each plant daily whilst plants are potted.
*The following day, give the plants an hour of direct sun-light, gradually increasing time each day.
*We recommend tubes be established in larger size pots giving them the best possible chance of developing into healthy plants. Once established plant out in the garden.
Kingaroy Garden Centre uses Australia Post’s parcel service to ship purchases to customers.
Small hardware items will be charged at a basic delivery fee of $9.95 by Parcel Post or $15.00 by Express Post. Heavy or bulky items will be charged accordingly, delivery calculated at check-out.
Plants will be despatched Express Post (only) on the Monday after the order is placed This will ensure plants are delivered within the week and not left sitting in a depot over a week-end. Immediately upon receiving your plants, remove plants from packaging and water thoroughly. Ensure the plants are placed in an airy, open position protected from hot, direct sunlight. This will enable them to recover from the shock of being boxed and the trauma of transporting.

5 – 20 $ 17.50 (Express Post)
21 – 40 $ 27.50 (Express Post)
41 – 80 $ 55.00 (Express Post)

We do not despatch plants to Tasmania, Northern Territory and Western Australia.
Pay-and-Collect option is available
Collection of goods can be made from the front counter of our store one business day after receiving order. Please provide us with your name and order number.

Collection can be made between 10am – 5.00pm on Monday to Friday or between 10.00am – 2.30pm on Saturdays.
Estimated delivery time by parcel post is 6-7 working days. Please refer to the Australia Post Guidelines for Express Post delivery times.
We do not ship purchases internationally.
Tracking Orders - A tracking number will be provided with your email notification when confirming your order has been sent. You can then check the status of your order at any time by simply entering your tracking number in Australia Post's website.
Please allow 24 hours for your tracking number to be active.
